Regional Director of Clinical Services

Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Regional Director of Clinical Services to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing and have a passion for improving patient care through effective consultation and guidance. As an RDCS, you will leverage your expertise in long-term/skilled nursing care to assist multiple facilities in managing and improving their clinical systems to ultimately provide 5-star patient care.

Duties

Evaluate and analyze patient care processes to identify areas for improvement. Provide expert guidance on medical documentation and record-keeping practices in accordance with CMS regulations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop best practices for patient care. Conduct training sessions for staff on best practices and company policies. Review medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to patient care and safety. Stay updated on current trends in healthcare to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) license is required. Strong knowledge long-term care/skilled nursing best practices and policies in accordance with state and federal regulations. Experience in long-term care/skilled nursing required. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical records management. Familiarity with state and federal regulations/guidelines. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
