We're searching for a bilingual (

Spanish/English

)

Regional Community Manager

to lead affordable senior housing communities across Florida and Puerto Rico.

This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing nine properties totaling over 1,200 units -- where you'll blend operational strength, regulatory expertise, and genuine compassion for residents and staff.

What You'll Do

Lead and mentor Community Managers and on-site teams across nine senior housing communities Conduct property visits, inspections, and portfolio reviews (travel up to 75%) Ensure compliance with

HUD, LIHTC, PRAC, Section 8, RAD/PRAC, HOME, CDBG, and FHLB

programs Oversee rent collection, budgeting, vendor management, and capital projects Drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance across the portfolio Partner with executive leadership to achieve portfolio goals and maintain operational excellence Build trust and collaboration across multi-site teams and ownership

What You Bring

Bilingual (Spanish/English)

-- fluent communication with residents and staff is essential

7+ years of property management experience

, including multi-site or regional-level oversight Strong working knowledge of

HUD, LIHTC, and other affordable housing programs

Experience with

senior or 55+ housing communities

is strongly preferred Proficiency in

RealPage, OneSite, or comparable property management systems

South Florida residency required

- must be based within the state and open to regular travel Professional certifications such as

HCCP, TCS, or equivalent

are strongly desired*

$85,000-$95,000 per year
