Regional
Clinic Director
will be central to our mission of reshaping the landscape of Mental Health. You will apply your expertise and experience to the operation of a community-rooted outpatient clinic; leading a culture that creates an environment of psychological safety that prioritizes growth, support, and clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Hiring, training, and onboarding of Clinic Directors in the region
Provide clinical and administrative supervision of the team and ensure that supervision is being provided in accordance with regulatory agencies, payor contracts, and licensing boards where
Accountable for the region's productivity and performance, using data to monitor and drive decisions around hiring, scheduling, etc.
Promote compliance with applicable requirements, laws, and
Provide day-to-day support to clinic directors and departments related to clinic performance, quality, and
Facilitate onboarding in collaboration with training and human resource
Actively support clinic directors and help reduce burnout and improve morale in collaboration with Market Leader
Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to team members and manage corrective action as needed with support from Human Resources.
Participate in leadership team meetings and facilitate regional staff
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation with clinic directors and de-escalate /manage crises that occur on sites or after hours.
Carry a supervision caseload of 2-5 clinicians per
Oversight and management of the utilization review system in the region including quality
Assistant Market Leader in state initiatives
Support clinic directors through supervision, oversight, and guidance to have successful clinic outcomes clinically and
Interface with payors, and referral sources and work closely with the marketing and outreach team around demand
Oversight of a centralized supervision model in the regions
Oversight of a centralized waitlist model in the regions
Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher from an applicable accredited program
Valid independent clinical license
Experience in mental health
Comfortable using data to manage performance and
Knowledge of state/federal rules and regulations
Strong computer abilities and proficiency with electronic medical records
Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology
Understand and comply with
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team, especially in stressful
Desire to do a thorough job in a fast-paced
Ability to train and coach other
Previous management experience
Knowledge of current standards, principles, and practices of psychiatric care
Knowledge of current and emerging trends in technologies, techniques, methods, issues, and approaches to mental health
