Duties

Lead negotiations with clients and partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals. Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness. Manage sales pipelines using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track progress and forecast revenue streams accurately. Coordinate cross-functional teams on projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations. Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and clients alike. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project milestones within CRM systems.

Qualifications



Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines. Excellent strategic planning skills coupled with the ability to execute plans effectively in a fast-moving environment. Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders. Solid understanding of marketing principles and how they integrate into business growth strategies. Project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of customer relationship management practices and tools to foster long-term client loyalty. Effective communication skills--both written and verbal--with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently. A proactive mindset with the energy to seek out new opportunities continuously. Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
