is responsible for leading EQSOL's sales operations and account growth within the
Chicago, IL region
. This role focuses on maintaining and expanding relationships with key customers and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
As a sales leader and equipment sourcing specialist, the Regional Account Executive identifies customer needs, delivers tailored equipment solutions, and drives revenue across EQSOL's full range of products and services. Success in this position requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional who can balance strategic account management with aggressive business development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with decision-makers and key influencers within customer and prospective organizations.
Serve as a
product expert
in the truck, trailer, and equipment leasing space to confidently recommend solutions that meet customer requirements.
Lead consultative sales efforts by understanding each customer's business challenges and positioning EQSOL's products and programs as value-driven solutions.
Collaborate with company leadership and other key team members, to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve regional sales goals.
Develop and execute regional account plans and sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned revenue and profitability objectives.
Maintain conduct that reflects positively upon EQSOL and fosters a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and respect among all employees and departments.
Represent EQSOL at approved trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to promote brand awareness and identify new sales opportunities.
Drive
new business development
and customer retention as primary performance metrics for regional success.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & PERFORMANCE MEASURES
Achieve assigned sales quotas and profitability goals within the Chicago regional territory.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in EQSOL's CRM (Pipedrive) and meet all reporting and activity requirements.
Deliver consistent performance in pricing discipline, margin management, and customer satisfaction.
Complete all required training, certifications, and professional development activities within assigned timelines.
Meet strategic objectives as outlined by EQSOL management and contribute to EQSOL's overall growth targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
or
equivalent industry experience.
5-10 years
of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in equipment leasing, transportation, or fleet management.
Proven ability to manage regional territories, develop long-term customer relationships, and achieve growth targets.
Strong computer proficiency, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel within the assigned region
75-80%
of the time.
Must possess a valid driver's license, be insurable, and successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
COMPENSATION
Base salary plus commission
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
