Salary:

$110,000 annually + bonus potential

Position Summary




We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Regional Account Director

to manage a significant national account. This individual will oversee client relationships, drive account strategy, and ensure operational and financial performance meet the highest standards. Acting as the primary point of contact and escalation for the client, the Regional Account Director will provide strategic leadership, ensure service consistency across all operations, and lead a team dedicated to achieving client goals and business success.

Key Responsibilities



Client & Relationship Management



Serve as the senior point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership and internal stakeholders through regular reviews and strategic discussions. Proactively align client needs with innovative security solutions and Securitas' service capabilities.

Operational & Financial Oversight



Take ownership of account performance, including operational delivery, service consistency, and profitability. Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency. Lead development of client budgets for security operations, technology deployments, and special projects. Participate in RFI/RFP processes and contribute to competitive pricing strategies.

Program Leadership



Conduct security risk reviews of client facilities using industry best practices and client-specific assessment tools. Ensure contract compliance across the portfolio, maintaining consistency in service delivery. Oversee the successful implementation of safety programs, special event security, and emergency response planning.

Team & Resource Management



Collaborate with area leadership to ensure appropriate staffing and scheduling that meet client requirements. Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement across all regions.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement



Drive process enhancements, operational efficiencies, and service innovation to strengthen client partnerships. Introduce and share global best practices across the account portfolio. Lead change initiatives that improve client satisfaction and business outcomes.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree preferred. 5-10 years of progressively responsible management experience in business management or a related field. Experience managing large, complex, or multi-site accounts in a corporate or global environment. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and change management skills. Excellent communication and client engagement abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with working knowledge of Visio, SharePoint, and Teams. Security industry experience preferred but not required.

Salary:

$110,000 annually + bonus potential
