A leading supplier in the processed seafood trading industry, specializing in premium canned crab and seafood products is currently seeking a

Regional Sales Account Manager

to join their team. The role starts on-site in New York, with the possibility of transitioning to a regional satellite office based on performance and business needs. This is a direct hire, full time position.

Regional Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers in the foodservice, retail, and distribution sectors Drive sales growth across the East Coast region through prospecting, cold calling, and in-person visits Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through closing Identify customer needs and provide solutions using our product line Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service satisfaction Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior leadership Other duties as assigned

Regional Sales Account Manager Requirements:



10+ years of food/beverage sales experience (preferably food) through large distributors, brokers, or direct to retail. A self-motivated individual who can actively present and sell company products to key clients, primarily large-scale accounts. Ability to manage essential tasks such as sales, payment collection, and handling customer inquiries at a basic level. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable with regional travel (up to 70%) Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
