Regenerative Medicine Coordinator

Job Description

The Regenerative Medicine Coordinator manages the patient experience from consultation through post treatment care. The Regenerative Medicine Coordinator must be able to determine which injections a patient is a candidate for, review injury and prior treatment with the patient .

Key Responsibilities :



patient education, scheduling, financial counseling, acting as a liaison between patients and physicians, and supporting marketing efforts to drive patient growth and satisfaction. They ensure patients understand procedure risks/benefits, facilitate smooth scheduling, and address concerns throughout the treatment process.

Patient Education:

Inform patients about regenerative medicine options, associated risks and benefits, and financial arrangements.

Scheduling:

Coordinate patient injections , including pre- injection care and post-injections appointments such as laser therapy , physical therapy or additional injections with the doctor or medical assistant .

Liaison:

Serve as a primary point of contact between patients, doctors and staff ensuring seamless communication and care continuity.

Administrative Tasks:

Prepare and ensure the accuracy of documentation, including consent forms, financial agreement , and educational information .

Financial Counseling:

Assist patients with the different plans we offer, go over payment plans ( if we want to do this ) and have patient sign billing agreement.

Marketing & Outreach:

Support marketing initiatives by following up on patient leads from marketing projects, tracking patient interest, and promoting regenerative medicine and laser treatments .

Patient Follow-up:

Make follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction and to encourage patients who initially didn't schedule their procedure.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with doctors to create personalized treatment plans.

MUST HAVE Skills & Qualifications



Clinical Knowledge: A solid understanding of orthopedic injuries , procedures and patient care requirements.

Cash Pay Services : Ability to market and "sell" the benefits of regenerative medicine treatments , driving patient acquisition.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills to manage patient concerns and provide compassionate support.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:



Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate schedules, and maintain accurate patient records.

Technical Proficiency: Ability to use tracking software and electronic health records for managing patient information and follow-up.

Projected Total Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
