This is a full-time remote role for a
Refrigeration Service Technician
inNorth Carolina
. The Senior Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting industrial and commercial refrigeration systems. Tasks also include conducting field service work, diagnosing technical issues, and implementing effective solutions. Additionally, the role involves interacting with clients to provide excellent customer service and ensuring efficient operation of refrigeration systems.Qualifications
Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair, with a strong ability to troubleshoot refrigeration systems Experience in Field Service operations, including on-site problem-solving and installations Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and address their needs Knowledge of best practices and safety standards in refrigeration system maintenance and repairs Ability to work independently in a remote capacity, with excellent time-management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $41.00 per hour
Experience:
Refrigeration system maintenance and repair: 3 years (Required)
