Referral Specialist - Community Family Clinic, Mt. Sterling

Community Family Clinic, PLLC is seeking a

detail-oriented and professional Referral Specialist

to help patients get the care they need.

What You'll Do:

Schedule patients for procedures (MRIs, CTs, Ultrasounds) and specialist visits. Obtain prior authorizations before appointments. Track and follow up on referrals and reports. Communicate provider orders clearly and professionally to patients and staff. Deliver excellent customer service and support clinic operations.

What We're Looking For:

Medical office experience and knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Team player with attention to detail. Professional, friendly, and patient-focused.
