We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, personable and motivated

Referral Specialist

to join our growing legal team. The Referral Specialist serves as the main point of contact for incoming and outgoing referral cases, ensuring that all referral relationships are managed efficiently, professionally, and in compliance with firm policies. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship management, organization, and client coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities



Manage incoming and outgoing case referrals between the firm and partner law offices.

Accurately enter, update, and maintain client and referral information in the firm's case management system.

Track all referral activity to ensure accurate and timely communication, documentation, and follow-up.

Serve as the liaison between clients, referring attorneys, and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Verify referral agreements and maintain compliance with firm policies and state bar rules.

Enter and update case information in the firm's case management system.

Provide status updates to referring partners and maintain professional relationships.

Work with the intake and marketing departments to identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.

Prepare and distribute monthly referral reports to management.

Qualifications



Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in pre-litigation or legal support preferred.

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Data entry Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software Knowledge of personal injury (preferred not required) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Salary is commensurate with experience, and there are opportunities for advancement within the firm. This is not a remote position.

Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday
