Job Description

We are hiring a Recruitment Supervisor to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. The Recruitment Supervisor will lead a team of recruiters, oversee ABA talent acquisition strategy, and drive performance through KPIs, dashboards, and structured processes. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiting leader with healthcare or ABA hiring experience who is ready to scale a fast-growing organization.

Unlike traditional supervisor roles, this position is not hands-on recruiting. Your primary focus is leadership, accountability, process improvement, and driving measurable hiring results across multiple states.

Experienced team leader who can coach and elevate recruiters Tech-savvy, analytical, and metrics/KPI-driven Confident creating structure, dashboards, and performance systems Creative in sourcing, pipelines, and market outreach Comfortable implementing performance improvement plans when needed Healthcare or ABA recruiting experience strongly preferred Thrives in a fast-scaling, high-growth environment
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Accountability



Supervise and mentor a team of five recruiters Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruiting KPIs Track time-to-fill, submittals, interviews, offers, and pipelines Hold the team accountable through daily oversight and coaching Run structured performance reviews and feedback sessions Implement Performance Improvement Plans when metrics lag Build a culture of ownership, urgency, and follow-through

Recruitment Strategy (Not Hands-On Recruiting)



Design and refine overall ABA recruitment strategy Identify new sourcing channels and partnerships Leverage universities, associations, job boards, and referrals Encourage creative approaches to building candidate pipelines Ensure recruiters follow best practices and workflows Maintain clean, accurate data in ATS and trackers

Systems, Reporting & Process Improvement



Build and maintain KPI dashboards and weekly reports Use ATS and analytics tools to improve efficiency Monitor funnel metrics and address bottlenecks quickly Standardize processes, templates, and documentation Continuously refine workflows for multi-state hiring

Organizational Impact



Partner with clinical leadership to forecast staffing needs Align recruiting priorities with coverage and caseload demands Support licensing, credentialing, and compliance workflows Drive staffing strategy across multiple states and regions
Qualifications

3+ years of recruiting experience 2+ years managing or supervising a recruiting team ABA or behavioral health recruiting experience strongly preferred Proven ability to build KPIs, dashboards, and reporting Experience overseeing multi-state hiring and compliance Strong coaching, leadership, and performance management skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing healthcare environment
