Job Description

The Recruitment Supervisor, coordination and training of recruiters; assign and track recruitment database.



Develop and implement state and regional recruitment campaigns. Analyze and monitor the data from recruitment campaigns. Will evaluate regional recruitment plans every 90 days (about 3 months) and will determine needed changes to reach more families. Analyze trends and develop strategic plan to keep performance within the budgeted performance level. Analysis will be given to the Director with recommendations. Develop an internal recruitment network to effectively provide efficient and effective services through the licensing process. Oversees all aspects of marketing and communications associated with Recruitment activity. Develop an annual marketing plan that enhances the needs associated with the recruitment campaigns. Assists the Director with the development of a marketing budget. Coordinate approved media buys. Provide support for the retention of foster parents by chairing the Foster Parent Appreciation banquet. Coordinate product purchases. Track and evaluate outcomes, correcting activity, as needed, to continue to reach families. Stay on the cutting edge of potential recruitment practices that may effectively work in rural and frontier regions. Manage the recruitment function for both foster care and adoptive homes. Directly supervise recruitment staff. Customer services orientation. Responding timely to all inquiries. Collaborate with Saint Francis to create a recruitment culture. Provide support for the retention of foster parents by chairing the Foster Parent Appreciation banquet. Participates in team meetings, sharing pertinent information regarding recruitment and resource development. Implements Saint Francis Ministries policies and follows directives as required. Follows and adheres to all pertinent Saint Francis Ministries Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), rules, personnel policies and procedures; related accreditation and licensure standards; and federal, state and local rules, statutes, regulations, and contractual terms. Is knowledgeable of and follows all safety procedures. Reports unusual incidents through appropriate Risk Management, clinical and safety channels. Ensures clients' rights are protected.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related degree from an accredited college or university Prefer Master's degree in Social Work or related degree from an accredited college and university Two years' supervisory experience or three years' post-grad direct service experience Must be 21 years of age Must pass a drug screen, MVR, Criminal History and DFPS History Check, Centralized Background Check Unit Texas Health and Human Services Eligibility and any background checks deemed to be necessary. FBI Fingerprint Check Lifting requirement of 30 - 50 lbs. * Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation
