Shift: First Summary: The HR Recruitment Associate provides comprehensive administrative and sourcing support for the Talent Acquisition Consultant (TAC) and Provider Recruitment (PR)teams by performing support for HR transactional tasks such as scheduling, screening, reference checking, and data management for the assigned team of TACs and PRs. The incumbent will support the TAC & PR teams in providing
comprehensive sourcing and recruiting support for external applicants, career coaching, and internal transfer processing employees and managers of Baystate Health. In this key role, the HR Recruitment Associate performs a variety of tasks and responsibilities in a high volume, results-oriented service delivery HR office at the direction of the recruitment professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

1) The HR Recruitment Associate provides comprehensive support to the recruitment team by conducting assisting in candidate phone screening, booking interviews, organization of candidates and supporting movement through the hiring process. 2) The HR Recruitment Associate ensures the effective operation of the office by complying with all standards of practice, protocols, and tracking/reporting methods are consistently maintained ensuring both accurate and timely entry of data and service delivery. 3) Works collaboratively with all departments in the HR division and maintains ongoing communication with HR colleagues to provide the full scope of HR recruitment services in a timely, accurate manner in support of the Team, the HR Division, and the BMC/BMP/BAS/BHH applicants and hiring managers. This includes establishing candidate interview schedules as needed and coordinating the completion of interview reaction evaluations with internal administrative support staff and candidates. 4) Provide sourcing support by working collaboratively with the recruitment team and TA marketing to research and identify valid networking associations, local chapter meetings, conferences, and user-groups that can be tapped for talent 5) Sourcing support by proactive management of our baseline talent community by leveraging our applicant tracking system, employee referral program, and purchased name generation lists to drive outreach efforts 6) May be required to attend career fairs, events, and other conferences alongside the recruiting team to maximize our presence at such events to team projects/initiatives such as recruitment events, both internal and external candidate pools. Assisting recruitment through virtual open hours and weekly virtual events. 7) Ensures active candidate relationship management activities occur with templated email campaigns, open houses, etc. 8) The Recruitment and Sourcing Associate works closely with the recruitment teams to ensure all project work scheduled for the office is staffed to meet organizational deadlines. Performs ongoing, independent evaluation of work and keeps the team appraised of any inability to meet deadlines and any area where more resources are necessary.

Required Experience:

1) Demonstrated experience in an administrative support role providing administrative support to multiple professionals in a high volume service field requiring self-direction

Preferred Work Experience:

1) Human Resources experience preferred

Skills and Competencies:

1) Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including mail merges, and the ability to compose formal business letters and memos and to build and populate databases and spreadsheets. 2) Demonstrated record of managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, superb organizational and project management skills to keep self-organized and organize others. Demonstrated customer service skills and orientation with the ability to identify a need, manage expectations, follow through and prioritize work. 3) Consistently project a positive image for the HR Division, Baystate, and its services and systems. Handle confidential employee and business information. 4) Demonstrated ability to maintain a calm, confident demeanor, exercising good judgment and professionalism at all times in representing the TA/WFP office and BH HR division.
