Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and strategic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts across various departments. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. This role requires a deep understanding of HR sourcing, employment law, and advanced recruiting tools to attract top talent efficiently. The Recruitment Manager will play a key role in shaping our company's workforce and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities



Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across multiple levels, including executive, campus, and internal recruiting. Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Conduct interviews and assessments, leveraging strong interviewing skills to evaluate candidate fit for technical roles and cultural alignment. Engage in talent management activities including succession planning, employee evaluation, and employee relations initiatives. Lead negotiation of employment contracts and manage employment & labor law compliance throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with HR teams on employee orientation, training & development programs, and HRIS management including, ADP integrations. Drive lead generation through social media management, cold calling, relationship management, and research to identify potential candidates. Maintain knowledge of industry trends in HR sourcing, employment law, and HR technology tools such as Lever and PeopleSoft to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

Skills



Proven expertise in negotiation, executive recruiting, technical recruiting, and campus recruitment strategies. Strong understanding of HR sourcing techniques including social media management, cold calling, research methods, and lead generation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices. Experience in employee orientation programs, contracts management, employee evaluation processes, and succession planning. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Strong research skills combined with strategic thinking for talent sourcing initiatives. Pay: $54,080.00 - $58,240.00 per year
