We are seeking a talented Recruitment Advertising Consultant to sell our expanding product line of Job Fair and Digital Advertising products and services as part of our Kansas City team. Every day, we help employers and employees connect through our Job Fairs and Digital Products, both locally and nationwide. We look for confident, driven, determined, and highly talented sales professionals to reach out to and assist employers with their recruitment needs. On plan, first-year representatives can expect to make an income of $40,000 to $60,000, which includes a competitive base salary. Year two and up, the expected income is $60,000 - $80,000. Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Develop, produce, and present sales proposals to customers demonstrating our ability to offer creative solution-based advertising \xc2\xb7 Source new accounts through direct customer interaction, past relationships, cold calling, and social media \xc2\xb7 Responsible for attainment of sales goals through new account development and account retention \xc2\xb7 Ensure a positive customer experience by educating customers on services and products that would benefit their business \xc2\xb7 A high level of energy and commitment to achieving your sales goals \xc2\xb7 Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to control your own income \xc2\xb7 Ensure outstanding customer service through regular client follow-up Qualifications and Skills: \xc2\xb7 2+ years of successful inside sales experience \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of the Recruitment Advertising Industry a plus but it is not required \xc2\xb7 Proven sales track record of meeting & exceeding sales goals \xc2\xb7 Strategic sales planning skills \xc2\xb7 Highly organized and efficient \xc2\xb7 Ability to gain and maintain strong professional relationships \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and oral skills required Work Hours M-F, 8:30 - 5:00 (in the KC Office) In order to join our winning team in Kansas City, send us your resume today to take the first step in your new career!
