Job Profile Summary

Summary:

This position is responsible for supervising a team of full cycle recruiters, proactive sourcing of talent, and supporting the administrative functions for the recruiting team.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develops creative sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and any other innovative tools/ platforms to build a large and diverse applicant pool.
  • Partners with the recruiting leadership on sourcing priorities and develop execution plans to address gaps with filling business critical and/or high priority positions.
  • Supports the team with sourcing for high volume recruitment.
  • Researches new sourcing and recruitment tools, evaluates vendors and recommends modifications and additions to current recruiter tool suite.
  • Analyzes and reports on key internal recruitment metrics, including utilization of valued tools.
  • Prepares executive and leadership reports.
  • Creates a high performance sourcing and recruiting team through talent assessment, succession planning, timely coaching and feedback, and developmental stretch assignments.
  • Completes new site assessments as requested, including competitive intelligence research, location assessment, and gauging available talent pools.
  • Assists in developing and promoting the social media strategy.
  • Keeps up-to-date on the latest trends and laws involving general HR and recruiting.
  • Leads recruiting administration activities including (but not limited to): background screening, relocation assistance, and ad hoc reporting.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:

Essential KSAs:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and 4 years of experience in a recruitment, recruitment research, or staffing-related role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with using Social Media Platforms for talent acquisition purposes.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large data-sets, communicate trends and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Strong proficiency with recruiting best practices and employment laws that impact the recruiting function.
  • Proven ability to source, screen, recruit and recommend strong talent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect.
  • Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to handle multiple job duties in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality with the ability to be discreet and professional with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong sense of accuracy, patience, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to establish, manage and leverage relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Proficient with resume databases, Boolean search techniques and Internet tools
Desirable KSAs:
  • 2 years of leadership and/or project management experience.
  • Experience with recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems preferred.
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch; and talk or hear. The employee is also required to use a telephone with headset for verbal troubleshooting, frequent use of a standard keyboard and computer to document calls in a ticketing system, and occasional use of other office equipment. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 30 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to sit for long periods and use close and color vision. Work is typically performed in a moderately noisy business office.
