Recruiting Operations Manager Responsibilities:

The Recruiting Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership of the Grand Rapids branch's operations and recruiting team's success - supporting the recruiting team in achieving their goals and providing them with an environment where they can be successful.

Success in This Role Lies in the Ability To:

Lead, coach and develop recruiters so they can reach their weekly, monthly, and annual goals. Train, coach and provide strategic oversight to account managers. Ensure teams are providing high-quality customer service. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers. Strategically collaborate with customers on providing helpful solutions for their hiring needs. Identify business growth opportunities with existing and new customers. Analyze quality, order delivery timeline, turnover and other key customer metrics. Meet or exceed branch and financial performance goals. Assist with the development of recruiting strategies to attract new candidates. Recruit, hire and train branch staff. Recruit alongside team members to assist in filling client orders. Able to adopt, train and implement new software.
