We are looking for a strategic and experienced Recruiting Manager to lead a team of recruiters supporting our high-growth Sales organization across the Americas. Our Sales organisation brings together skilled account executives, as well as all sales planning, operations, insights, strategic business development, and technical roles, enabling sales efficacy. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with deep expertise in partnering complex, multi-skilled organizations. You must have strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams in the technology sector. Our Sales organization is constantly evolving and leveraging the use of AIML to improve sales effectiveness - experience in leading teams who hire for in-demand skill sets would be highly advantageous.
You will work closely with VP-level Sales leaders, cross-functional partners, and HR leadership to align recruitment strategies with business goals, ensuring we attract and hire exceptional talent to drive our growth.
