We are seeking a
motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Manager
to lead our hiring efforts and support our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will play a key role in
hiring, scheduling, and providing administrative and operational support
. Your primary focus will be recruiting top talent for caregivers, while ensuring seamless communication with candidates, caregivers, clients, and Registered Nurses (RNs) providing oversight. In addition, you'll share on-call responsibilities with the Staffing Manager and Assistant Director.

What We Offer:
Competitive salary: $40,000 per year
Full-time role with Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the recruitment process
, from posting job listings to screening and interviewing caregiver candidates.
Manage caregiver and client schedules using AxisCare, our home care software.
Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and RNs to ensure proper care and oversight.
Oversee and manage all hiring and screening requirements for caregivers to ensure they meet company standards.
Organize and lead new hire onboarding sessions.
Celebrate caregivers through initiatives and birthday greetings.
Maintain and grow the company's social media presence.
Participate in on-call rotation, handling calls after hours and on weekends.
Provide operational and administrative support to the Executive Director.
Education & Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic and ability to pass a background check.
Previous experience in recruiting, customer service, or schedule management is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer (standing desk provided to promote a healthy, positive culture).
