The full-time Recruiting Coordinator assists with recruitment, screening and selection of job candidates for On With Life's various programs. This position primarily works 8a-5p, Monday-Friday, approximately 40 hours per week. We have some flexibility on start and end times. This position physically splits time between the Ankeny and Polk City office locations.
Starting pay is ~$20/hour for minimal experience. We do annual raises based on budget capacity, and you also have the opportunity for a discretionary bonus at your anniversary. This position is eligible for a 401k match, PTO, and other benefits such as subsidized health, dental and vision insurance. As a member of the Human Resources team and in collaboration with various department managers, this position has the following responsibilities:
posting open positions and keeping them current
dispositioning unqualified applicants
screening qualified applicants (e.g., brief phone call with prescreening questions, verifying they have required certifications/licensures, etc.)
scheduling and coordination of on-site interviews
facilitating communication between candidates and the department managers, such as answering questions, sending interview reminders, seeking follow-up information, etc.
