, you'll be an essential part of our team. Your responsibilities would include leading recruitment efforts, supporting new hire orientation, and building strong community partnerships to strengthen our hiring pipeline. In short, our

Here's who we are looking for..

Someone who:




Has a positive and reliable work ethic. Is passionate about supporting children and families through meaningful work. Can develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Builds strong relationships with community partners and internal teams.



Do you think you'd be a good fit for this role? Ideally, you are:

Experienced in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related HR functions (2-3 years preferred). Skilled in communication, organization, and managing multiple priorities. Proficient in applicant tracking systems, job boards, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bonus Points

Experience in community outreach or partnership development. Familiarity with nonprofit or human services environments.
