Duties
Utilize various platforms, including social media, job boards, and internal databases, to source candidates for open positions.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the company culture.
Assist in managing the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide updates on recruitment efforts.
Engage in cold calling potential candidates to generate interest in available positions.
Participate in employee evaluation processes by gathering feedback from hiring managers regarding candidate performance.
Support employee relations initiatives by fostering positive relationships with candidates and internal teams.
Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to enhance our strategies.
