Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management Handle

mass / high-volume hiring

across multiple roles and projects (mainly Customer Support positions) Build and maintain a strong and sustainable candidate pipeline using diverse sourcing channels Partner with external recruitment vendors and agencies when required Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience at every stage of the process Create, update, and manage job descriptions and job postings Support hiring managers in interview coordination, decision-making, and offer negotiations Contribute to improving recruitment processes, tools, and internal guidelines Prepare recruitment reports, metrics, and analytics Support pre-onboarding and onboarding activities when needed

Requirements

1+ year of experience as a Recruiter Mandatory experience with mass or high-volume hiring Strong English proficiency (B2 or higher) Experience working with ATS/HR systems; MS Office proficiency Experience in international hiring is a strong advantage Ability to work with data and recruitment metrics Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset
