Wage Range: $30.73 - $49.18 per hour
Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.

Job Summary
Responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for all positions at EvergreenHealth Monroe. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining the applicant tracking system, responding to applicant requests, reviewing staffing needs with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, pre-screening candidates, assisting with reference checks and recommending wage placement for candidates. Conducts interviews with applicants and makes hiring recommendations as requested by managers. Maintains applicant records and completes management reports as requested. Communicates and corresponds with leadership, employees across all departments, and applicants. Provides excellent customer service to all external and internal customers. Works collaboratively with the Recruitment Team at EvergreenHealth Kirkland. Will provide backup to EvergreenHealth Monroe Human Resources Business Partner as necessary.
Primary Duties * Manages the full cycle recruitment process for all positions. This includes, but is not limited to, responding to applicant requests, reviewing staffing needs with hiring managers, posting and advertising vacant positions, visually screening all application materials, phone pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, participating in interviews, making hiring recommendations, recommending wage placement, coordinating reference checks and negotiating contingent job offers.
