Interval Management is preparing to take over a

historic RV park tucked into the hills of Virginia City

-- a place with stories, character, and the kind of charm you can only find in an old mining town. As we get ready for a new chapter, we're looking for someone who can bring heart, warmth, and community spirit to the property from day one.

We're hiring an

RV Park Manager

who cares about people, loves hospitality, and has a natural ability to make guests feel right at home. Someone who enjoys organizing small events, chatting with long-term residents, and creating the kind of atmosphere where travelers feel like they've stumbled into a friendly little slice of Nevada history.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, friendly guest experiences Manage reservations, check-ins, and day-to-day communications Create a

warm, inviting, "home away from home" culture

Host or organize

small community events

-- from coffee socials to BBQ nights Build genuine relationships with residents and travelers alike Coordinate with housekeeping, vendors, and service providers Keep the property presentable, safe, and aligned with our hospitality standards Support ownership as new systems, improvements, and upgrades are introduced

What We're Looking For

A naturally welcoming, people-oriented personality Someone who enjoys creating community and connecting with guests Strong organization and communication skills A creative spirit who can plan

fun, simple, thoughtful events

Experience in hospitality or RV park settings is a plus, but not required A steady, calm presence who can keep the property running smoothly

Compensation & Benefits

$50,000 annual salary
