Recreational Therapy Assistant

Town Square is seeking a

Recreational Therapy Assistant

to deliver engaging and therapeutic programs for seniors. We're looking for someone energetic, compassionate, and dedicated to enhancing quality of life for our members.

What You'll Do:

Facilitate and support recreational therapy activities and events Encourage participation in creative, educational, and social programs Assist with meals, transportation, and daily program needs Maintain activity records and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment

What We're Looking For:

Experience leading recreational or therapeutic activities (arts, crafts, music, group programs, etc.) Knowledge of recreational therapy or life enrichment practices Certification (Activity Professional or Recreational Therapy) preferred, not required Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and team-focused
