The City of Hibbing is seeking a motivated and community-focused Full-Time Recreation Programmer to plan, coordinate, promote, and deliver a wide variety of recreation programs, camps, leagues, and special events for youth through adults. This position plays a key role in fostering community engagement by developing safe, inclusive, and high-quality recreational opportunities that meet the diverse needs of residents. The Recreation Programmer also supports the effective operation and maintenance of City recreation facilities while working collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and community partners to enhance the overall quality of life in Hibbing.
