PAY & PERKS

As our Recreation Director, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of

$45,000-$50,000 per year

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS EVENT PLANNING JOB?

This is a full-time senior care position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some weekend coverage may be needed.


As our Recreation Director, you will plan and coordinate a variety of social, cultural, recreational, and religious activities that meet our high standards of service. You will also organize and manage outings, including scheduling and accompanying residents to doctor appointments and other essential events. Additionally, you will lead Assisted Living and Memory care activities, along with a team of activity assistants, ensuring that every program runs smoothly and efficiently, making a positive impact on our community every day.

Experience in senior living Experience in management or supervisory roles Experience with recreation, activities, and event planning Love of seniors Ability to lead and work with a team TRT preferred
