Position: Recreation Assistant

Schedule:

10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Rotation:

Every other weekend, 2 holidays per year

is seeking a

Recreation Assistant

who is enthusiastic, compassionate, and ready to enhance the lives of our residents through engaging activities and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and leading fun, meaningful recreational activities for residents Foster a welcoming environment that encourages resident participation and socialization Help with setup and cleanup for events and activities Work closely with the Recreation Director to tailor activities to residents' needs and interests

Qualifications:

Experience in recreation or caregiving is a plus (experience in senior living a bonus!) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creative, friendly, and supportive attitude Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
