Welcome to Redemption Housing a leader in the evolution of Recovery housing.

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our incredible team! The BHT serves as a fundamental pillar in the care and support system for individuals battling substance use disorders. They are instrumental in providing support and assistance, helping with daily living activities, and facilitating the development of coping mechanisms and healthier lifestyle choices.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring clients' behaviors and mood changes for early detection of distress or potential relapse. Providing support and assistance in daily living activities, promoting participation in therapeutic processes. Intervening in crisis situations with de-escalation techniques to ensure client and facility safety. Accurately documenting client behaviors, progress, and incidents for treatment evaluation. Driving a passenger van for client transportation needs. Serving as the eyes and ears of the program, offering crucial insights into the clients' experiences and needs for the treatment team's consideration. Facilitate intakes and discharges

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
