The Sioux County Recorder Office is accepting applications for a full-time Clerk.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

Assist the public in a friendly professional manner Recording Real Estate documents daily Process registrations for Boats, Snowmobiles, ATVs, and ORVs Issue birth, death and marriage records, and assist with marriage applications
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

Strong computer skills; Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel High attention to detail; Ability to work independently and cooperatively Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of legal descriptions helpful, but not required
