Position Summary

We're seeking a

Reconstruction Project Manager

to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage multiple jobs simultaneously, maintain profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You'll work closely with estimators, field staff, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects on time, within scope, and at target margins.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of residential and commercial reconstruction projects Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and job costing to ensure profitability Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and labor efficiently Ensure all contracts, change orders, and documentation are accurate and timely Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams regularly Promote safety, quality, and a positive customer experience on every job Maintain accurate records in job management software (Fusion, Xactimate, etc.)

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in construction project management or restoration Strong knowledge of residential and commercial building systems Experience with Xactimate, Symbility, or similar estimating software preferred Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

$65,000 - $125,000 per year (based on experience)

Performance Bonus:

Quarterly margin-based bonuses tied to project profitability
