What You'll Do:

As the Reconditioning Manager, you'll be the backbone of our vehicle turnaround process, ensuring every car on our lot meets our high standards. You'll take charge of:

Managing the reconditioning team - oversee technicians, detailers, and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations o Ordering parts and managing inventory - keep our pipeline moving efficiently with the right parts, at the right time Coordinating transportation - manage vehicle flow between vendors, auctions, and our lot Handling arbitration and post-sale resolutions - work with auction houses and vendors to resolve issues swiftly Driving process improvements - we want a leader who can spot inefficiencies and streamline operations

What We're Looking For:

Strong leadership & communication skills Experience in automotive repair, reconditioning, or service management o Knowledge of parts sourcing and vendor coordination Ability to thrive in a team-based, fast-moving environment A desire to grow with the company and build something long-term

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.50 per hour
