Responsibilities



Provide outstanding customer service. Manage and schedule appointments efficiently for service providers. Assist with front desk operations, welcoming clients and ensuring a positive experience. Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring all information is conveyed clearly. Maintain an organized workspace to enhance productivity.

Requirements



Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Experience in front desk or clerical roles is advantageous. candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
