Position Summary: *MUST LIVE IN SOUTHERN UTAH* We are looking for an at home receptionist team member for our busy Orthopaedic clinic. Must provide a good first impression and give friendly, quality customer service over the phone. Looking for a self-starter who finds value in working in a fast-paced environment, this is a work from home position and requires reliable at home internet.
Essential Job Functions: Answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments appropriately. Maintaining patient accounts by obtaining and updating personal and financial information. Contributes to team by accomplishing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: High school diploma. Customer service. Telephone skills. Attention to detail. Receptionist experience preferred but not required.
Hours: Working from home, part time hours within normal business hours of M-TH 8:00 - 5:00, F 8:00 - 1:00.
Additional Notes: This is a work from home position, must live in Southern Utah and have reliable at home internet.
