Kimberly Car City is looking for a reliable, detail oriented, professional for our Receptionist/Office Assistant position. Applicants must be punctual, able to multi-task, prioritize and work independently. This position will be responsible for greeting customers, collecting payments, reconciling deposits, answering incoming calls, along with various office duties, including filing. Must be able to work under pressure, in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
Typical workweeks are five, 8-hour days. Must be flexible and available every other Saturday.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Familiarity with 10 key, adding machine, and accounting preferred. Knowledge of CDK accounting software a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
