If that is you, please see below.Responsibilities: Assist callers (multi-line phones) and visitors Collect and distribute mail Provide administrative support to Management Manage supplies (requires moving and lifting to 50lbs) Maintain conference room and breakroom (Yes, the dreaded Company refrigerator too)Knowledge, Skills, Abilities High School or equivalent 2 years of experience in customer service role English is required; Spanish is a plus Proficient in MS Office products Organization and professionalism Required to work in officeBenefits:Health insurance, Dental, Vision & 401k are availableAssessment RequiredBefore we hire anyone - they will need to take an assessment test.
