Overview


We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This would be part time, 3/4 days a week. Most shifts being 3 - 9pm, with a 1 or 2 shifts being a 930am - 3pm. Monday - friday, with an ocassional weekend. Flexibility is a must with this position. Great for students, or anyone seeking a second part time job or looking to get a foot into the idustry. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires proficiency in customer service, multitasking, and having a great attitude.

Responsibilities



Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner. Manage incoming calls Schedule appointments, becoming familiar with our pricing and system. Maintain an organized front desk area to enhance workflow efficiency. Assist with any additional administrative tasks as required.

Experience



Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with the spa/hair industry is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent customer support skills with a friendly demeanor.
