Join our community as an Administrative Assistant and become the central hub of our HOA office. We're seeking an organized professional to handle financial, customer service, and operational tasks. Ideal candidates live on the South Kohala Coast and want to serve their local community.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service as primary contact for homeowners
Manage accounts receivable, collections, and billing in QuickBooks
Process escrow demands and HOA resale documents
Oversee facility rentals including reservations and contracts
Maintain records and generate reports using QuickBooks and Excel
Handle daily communications and documentation with Google Suite
Qualifications:
Experience in administrative role with customer service focus
Knowledge of accounts receivable and collections
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Suite required
HOA or property management experience a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication abilities
