Greet clients and manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally
Schedule appointments, intakes, evaluations, and groups across multiple calendars
Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and EHR documentation
Manage client check-ins/check-outs and process co-payments accurately
Verify insurance eligibility and assist with basic insurance questions
Communicate messages and documentation to therapists
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and waiting area
Uphold strict client confidentiality and a trauma-informed environment
Qualifications:
Experience in a medical, behavioral health, or legal office preferred
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; EHR experience a plus
Excellent customer service skills with a calm, professional demeanor
