Receptionist
. This position requires someone who enjoys helping people and has excellent customer service skills, someone who is able to spot problems and find solutions, someone who likes working in a team and has excellent phone presence. If this sounds like you then we'd like you to apply!
Primary Job Function
: Assist in answering phones, placing orders, creating work orders for customers, placing orders with vendors, following standard operating procedures when performing tasks. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with technicians, department managers, employees and customers, including keeping customers apprised of schedule and requested lead-times. Building proposals and presenting to customers. Duties are shared with other employees so working as a team and good communication skills is a must.
Pay Scale
: $18-20 per hour DOE
Work Hours
: 8:00pm - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Required Qualifications
:
Proficient in QuickBooks, Word, Outlook, and Excel
Experienced in answering multiple line phone system
Prior Customer Service or office management experience required
Excellent verbal and written skills
Must have motivation and drive to make a difference and possess impeccable integrity
Dependability and Great attendance are a must.
Must be able to work without direct supervision.
Must be happy, positive and have a drive to learn different methods of accomplishing tasks.
