We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized administrative assistant to support our financial planners in delivering high-quality financial planning services to our clients. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing/tearing down conference rooms, greeting clients, answering phone calls, and other administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Coordinate client meetings and follow-up actions.
Communicate with clients regarding documentation requests, updates, and scheduling.
Maintain accurate and organized client files in accordance with compliance guidelines.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in operations, hospitality, administration, financial planning or a related role.
Excellent organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
