Job Description


We\'re looking for an Office Manager/Receptionist/Book keeper to run the front desk, greet customers and answer the phone. Quickbooks knowledge would be appreciated but not necessary. We\'ve been in business for 18 years repairing and customizing wheels/rims and are going nowhere but up from here and this is a great opportunity for the right person to come with us.   • Greet Customers
  • Receive payments from Customers and Businesses
  • Input Invoices into Quickbooks
  • Generate and send out monthly Statements in Quickbooks
  • Send and Receive Email communications
  • Send and Sort US Mail
  • Monthly Tax Filings
  • Light Filing duties
* Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
  • 8 hour shift
