We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages
Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
Schedule appointments.
Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent service standards
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA
Perform general clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and organizing documents
Support personal assistant duties as needed, including calendar management and travel arrangements
Requirements
Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles; prior medical receptionist experience
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills; bilingual ability is preferred but not required
Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing schedules accurately
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Previous experience with office management systems, filing procedures, and calendar management tools is desirable
