Work Ability Intern

in our Provo office.



Principle Duties



The Receptionist - Work Ability Intern will perform the following tasks:Will work part time, 20-32 hours per week. Assists with inbound calls from clients seeking resources or appointment scheduling. Assists with front desk reception duties. Provides general office support including copying, scanning, faxing and email communication. Assists with setup for applicant orientations. Assists with setup for any in-district meetings. Assists with vendor contacts and item purchase cost searches.

Minimum Requirements



The model applicant for this internship is someone who can demonstrate:Strong customer service skills. Effective verbal and written communication. Computer expertise using Word, Gmail and spreadsheet software.
