What you will be doing

The weekend receptionist provides a wide range of administrative and clerical support to management, staff, and residents, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication within the facility. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering exceptional hospitality while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
Assists with maintaining and organizing all move-in and move-out documentation under the direction of the Director of Assisted Living & Memory Care.
Serves as a liaison between departments, families, guests, and staff, handling confidential and non-routine information with discretion and explaining policies as needed.
Answers, screens, and routes telephone calls; provides accurate information, takes detailed messages, and schedules appointments as needed.

Experience:
