The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role ensures smooth front desk operations and contributes to a positive company image.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Provide information and assistance to clients, employees, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and demeanor.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
