The receptionist is often the face of the dealership, so it is important they can create a positive and professional impression. The receptionist's responsibilities go beyond greeting guests and answering phone calls - they contribute to the overall success of the dealership by ensuring smooth communication, efficient workflow, and exceptional customer experiences.
Candidate should be able to manage complaints and give accurate information. A compassionate-oriented approach is essential to our guests. Our ultimate goal is to make all our guests feel comfortable and valued by our dealership!

Key duties:
- Greet and welcome guests.
- Assist guests to meet the right person or office.
- Answering incoming calls, transfer to the appropriate personnel, and take accurate phone messages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and customer lounges, ensuring they are always presentable.
- Provide basic and correct information.
- Other tasks as needed.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.

Proficient in using a telephone switchboard, with 10 line system.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
- Strong people skills, with the ability to interact with diverse individuals.
- A friendly, professional attitude with strong customer service focus.
- Able to manage time effectively.
Bilingual is a plus!
Wage - Depends on experience!

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
