We are growing and are in need of a Receptionist who is
fluent
inSpanish and English
. Previous experience working in a law firm is a plus, but not required. The position involves but is not limited to, communicating with potential and current clients, working with our paralegals to ensure calendar is accurate and performing various clerical tasks. You must be accurate and reliable in handling accounts and documents and possess a high degree of organizational ability.The ideal candidate possesses:
Ability to fluently speak
Spanish
and translate documents Flexibility to jump into various tasks and duties Ability to multi-task Organizational skills to meet specific time requirements A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Professional demeanor and excellent work ethicEntry-level applicants are welcome to apply
!Pay is hourly based on experience and qualifications.
